Project: Install a Wood Fence
All Area Roofing and Restoration installed a cap top fence, a new roof, new gutters, and built a hammock arbor. The roof install was completed in day, they arrived early and didn't take any breaks till the job was done. Clean up was very maticulous. The gutters were installed the following day, quick and professional. What a difference in curb appeal. The fence installation took a few days due to weather, and I was kept informed during the delays. Rescheduling was done accomodating my schedule. I would recommend All Area Roofing and Restoration for any project you might have. I have already referred several of my friends.

We met Frank as our last of 5 bids to replace our roof. We realized he was the one to go with since he has a lot of experience working with insurance adjusters. We had suffered roof damage in a storm and he was committed to help us have our roof replacement covered by our insurance. He stayed in contact with us, made sure he was present when our insurance guy was there, and once we gave him the green light, the roof was replaced within days. Once completed, I found just a couple of minor things I was not completely satisfied with. Frank came right out and the minor cosmetic issues were fixed to my satisfaction within 2 hours. Very Pleased!

I received quotes from several companies and this company gave us the most bang for our buck! Not only were they very affordable but they completed an extra project of replacing my chimney cap. They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would and my yard, roof (of course), and my gutters are cleaner now then when they started! Do not look any farther you will not go wrong with this company!!!

I found them very up-front. They also had the best warranty though their overall price was a bit higher than some others. I think it was worth it. While I had rain delays, they maintained contact and kept me comfortable with the deal. Final product had no issues and the work crew cleaned my area meticulously. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superior roof!

Absolutely outstanding. The contractor provided a very reasonable estimate, discussed how he would execute the work, and was in the very next day to start the work. The repair was completed in two days and the quality was exceptional. There were no signs that the ceiling had a hole or any signs of water damage. The painter painted the entire ceiling. He made sure he had the best paint for blending in with the existing ceiling. From my experience, I would go to All Area Roofing and Restoration first for my home improvement or repair projects.

Completely forthright and honest about available products and pros/cons of each. Completed roof replacement on time and excellent quality. Upon inspection of other repair jobs to my property, identified several areas to be readdressed prior to receiving payment.

5-year warranty on all materials and labor was a major selling point. These guys get the job done right!

The company did not contact me within the time the person giving the estimate said they would contact me. I had to call twice before I got the time schedule for starting. Company started 10 days after the estimate. It was a minor repair and took only about an hour.
